Happy Summer! I am very excited to be working with your students throughout the summer! We will be reviewing our letters and numbers through June and July. As our weather heats up and the sun really starts to come out, please remember to apply sunscreen in the morning before school and to bring a waterbottle ~
Our summer daily schedule is as follows:
8:40-9:10 --- Morning Circle
9:10-9:30 --- Snack
9:30-10:00 -- Recess
10:00-10:30 -- Academic Period (whole group)
10:30-11:15 -- Centers
11:15-11:25 -- Clean-Up/Lunch Prep
11:25-12:00 -- Lunch/Recess
12:00-12:15 -- Afternoon Circle
12:15-12:30 -- Story/Bathroom Break
12:30-12:45 -- Nap Prep
12:30-2:00 -- Quiet Time (Students will lay down to rest for 20-30 minutes, if not asleep, students will begin to do quiet activities around the room)
2:00-2:30 -- Nap Clean-Up/Snack
2:30-3:00 -- Story
3:00-6:00 -- Classrooms merge
